Their world is about to break wide open. Soon they’ll be heading off to college or on other adventures they can barely imagine now. Let Ken Love Photography capture this moment, the last of your child’s high school years. All the excitement and joy are coming their way. It’s a wonderful time.

Your senior can choose from a wide array of settings to express their own personal style. Bring props or a pet. Ken Love will make their last school picture one that you – and your senior — will treasure through the years to come.

Frequently asked questions about senior portrait photography

When should I have my Senior Portraits taken?

Normally the summer and fall before your senior year but I do them year round.

How do I choose a place for my Senior Portraits?

I give you several choices that I use. You can choose your own location but it will make the shoot more expensive and 99% of people use my locations.

What if it rains?

We reschedule.

Can I bring my parents or a friend?

You should always bring a parent and a friend.

How long will the Session last?

Normally 1-1.5 hours.

How many clothing changes can I bring?

That depends on what shoot you want to do but most of time it’s 4-5 outfits for girls and 2-3 for boys.

When is the best time of day for my Senior Portrait Session?

I only do them early in the morning and early in the evening. That’s when the lighting is best.

What should I bring with me?

You can bring your outfit changes, props, or a pet.

I’ve seen some photos in Pinterest or in ads – can we try something like that?

Yes, bring your ideas. But normally I’m just doing what I do, which is capture in a way that is unique only to you.

How long before I can see my images?

You will see your photos later the same day online.

How do I order prints and products?

I have a special website where I post photos for you to review and order.

What does “copyright” mean and what am I allowed to do with my photos?

It means I own the rights to your photos and you cannot sell them for advertising or commercial use. You would need my permission to do that. You are allowed to do anything else with your photos, like make prints and post on social media.
